Keynote speaker Professor Ji Heli, Secretary-General, Shanghai Food Additive Trade Association, kicked off the event with a presentation on food safety management in Shanghai, highlighting the traceability situation and latest developments.
Further insight into food safety control in food manufacturing as well as in the feed and livestock supply chain were provided by Mr. Zheng Yunling, Regional Quality Director, Cargill; Ms. Samantha Northey, Corporate Affairs Director, AB Agriculture; and Mr. Herve Martin, National Quality Manager, Food Safety Department, at Carrefour. It was well received by the audience and the speakers of the discussions and its information sharing.
