On 6th June, the Agriculture, Food and Beverage (AFB) Working Group welcomed Professor Chen Junshi, Head of the Expert Advisory Committee on Food Safety, to its working group meeting.
Professor Chen is the leading expert on food safety standards and nutrition in China. At the meeting he delivered a presentation on the development of the food safety regulatory framework in China and shared his insights into the food industry and food safety in China. The AFB Working Group presented him with the Position Paper 2012-2013.
