The European Chamber is happy to invite you to the kick-off meeting of the Corporate Social Responsibility Forum (CSR Forum) which will take place onsite from Beijing and online on 28th March 14:00-16:00. If you want to join this meeting, please register here or contact Mr. Ziyao Jing at zyjing@europeanchamber.com.cn before 25th March COB.

The main topics for this meeting will be the review of the activities of the Forum in 2023, as well as the establishment of the Forum priorities for 2024. Thus, members are strongly encouraged to join the discussion and provide input on the key issues which will likely shape the activities of the Forum this year. Please find attached for your reference the Forum Position Paper that was developed and rolled out in September 2023. During this meeting we will hold our 2024-2025 chair elections.

At present, most of HR lacks the ability of human resources data analysis, and the understanding of data analysis also stays in the stage of excel charting, and the skills of data analysis are only the simple report processing and basic chart design of excel, and the data analysis level only stays at the basic data recording and description level, and cannot analyze the data in combination with the company's business and strategy.
