This workshop is not meant to teach entrepreneurs how to develop strategies, as it is the entrepreneurs themselves who truly understand their own companies! But it helps entrepreneurs see what kind of strategies are meaningful at different stages of enterprise development, and more importantly, how to ensure the coordinated implementation of strategies is more meaningful!
This workshop is different from traditional training, integrating GE's "brainstorming and collaboration" approach with the CEO roundtable and private board model in the United States.
