In the fierce market competition, talent management and team building are crucial, no less important than market expansion, product development, and capital operation. The implementation of the new Labor Contract Law has posed new challenges to employee management in enterprises, especially in personnel recruitment, salary design, and performance evaluation. Employee management is the most complex aspect of enterprise human resource management. Non human resource managers (line managers) often face issues such as staff turnover and unfair performance evaluations due to a lack of relevant knowledge. Specifically, these issues include:
1. The increase in labor costs has not improved production efficiency.
2. Managers are good at business but not good at team building.
3. Personnel turnover is often due to improper management methods.
4. The recruitment, compensation, and performance evaluation continue to follow old ideas, which may lead to legal risks.
5. Poor assessment and motivation by managers lead to employee turnover.
6. The new policy is difficult to implement and affects the development of enterprises.
In response to the above issues, this course will help managers re-examine modern human resource management systems, master the roles and responsibilities, basic skills and methods of human resource management, enhance comprehensive management level, and build high-performance teams.
