The European Chamber Southwest Chapter is delighted to invite you to join the Welcome event for the New Board (2025-2027)of Southwest China Chapter on 14th May (Wednesday), 2025. You will have the chance to meet our new board and communicate with our members. The board election has hosted on 18th April in Chengdu and now we have new board team with one new chair, two new vice chairs and four new board members.
中国欧盟商会西南分会诚挚邀请您参加将于5月14日举办的2025-2027届新任董事会欢迎活动，认识新任董事会成员，与会员进行交流。董事会选举已于4月18日在成都举行，选出了一位新主席、两位新副主席以及四位新董事会成员。

Registration and payment by 11:00am, 12th May, 2025. Please provide Company Name, Name, Title (both in Chinese and English), Mobile Number and Email Box. If any change or update, we will send it to your email box before event. Please kindly check.

Events have limited seating so to ensure your attendance we encourage advance online registration and payment for ALL events. We cannot guarantee entry to anyone not registered in advance.
All our events are held in English and are off-the-record unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation Policy 取消报名:

If you cannot attend an event for which you have registered, please cancel your registration no later than two business days prior to the event. If you fail to notify us of your cancellation in a timely fashion, you will be charged for event costs.
To cancel you can: 1) email mhuang@europeanchamber.com.cn , or 2) cancel online if you registered for the event through the website.
如果您不能参加已注册过的活动，请在不少于两个工作日的时间内取消您的注册。若您未能及时地通知我们，我们将收取您相应的活动费用。

Advisory Council Policy 顾问委员会政策:

Members of the Advisory Council may receive complimentary admission to Chamber seminars, conferences and factory visits up to two attendees per event. Additional participants will be charged at the member rate.
Advisory Council members will still be charged the standard member rate for participation in training courses and special events, such as gala balls, government appreciation dinners, or admission to corporate social events/tournaments.
