随着特朗普再次成功当选美国新一任总统，中美两国的贸易争端可能再度升级，未来中国原产货物出口美国，可能将面临新一轮的美国301关税调查，进而征收不低于60%的进口关税。本期活动将邀请来来自上海德勤税务师事务所的合伙人陈荣杰先生，就美国301调查的背景、未来企业出口美国市场将要面临的关税影响，以及潜在的应对建议进行分享。
With Trump's successful re-election as the new President of the United States, Sino-American trade disputes may escalate once again. In the future, Chinese-origin goods exported to the United States may face a new round of Section 301 tariff investigations, which could lead to the imposition of import duties of no less than 60%. This event will invite Mr. Roger Chen, partner from Deloitte Shanghai, to share insights on the background of the U.S. Section 301 investigation, the potential tariff impacts that companies exporting to the U.S. market will face in the future, and possible suggestions for response.

陈荣杰先生现任德勤中国税务与商务咨询团队的合伙人，主要服务国际贸易咨询服领域。

陈先生拥有超过15年海关工作经验，曾长期从事查验、物控、通关、综合协调、企业稽查等多个岗位的现场业务及职能管理工作，精通海关归类、估价、原产地、加工贸易、减免税、企业稽查、企业管理等各项海关业务。

陈先生是海关通关监管和企业稽查工作方面的专家，先后曾参与海关分类通关和通关无纸化改革设计、自贸区企业自律及引入中介制度设计等工作。同时，陈先生还曾长期专项从事企业进出口疑难问题咨询及处置工作，拥有丰富海关法律政策知识和协调处置工作经验。

进入德勤工作以来，陈先生主要协助客户开展关税税务筹划、解决通关疑难问题、申请海关认证、开展关税健康检查及主动披露，应对海关稽查、缉私案件处理等相关的税务咨询服务。

陈先生近年来专注于服务走出去企业，关注国际贸易的宏观研究和国内外海关和外贸监管制度的对比，并对整车、汽车零配件制造、医疗器械、消费品等行业领域中涉及的国际物流安排、海关清关以及进出口合规等领域有着专精的研究。

陈先生有上海交通大学公共管理硕士学位和中国注册会计师资质。
