什么是APEC旅行卡？
APEC商务旅行卡（APEC Business Travel Card）简称旅行卡或ABTC，计划系亚太经合组织工商理事会（ABAC）于1996年向APEC领导人会议提出的一项重要建议，该计划旨在便利APEC范围内各经济体的商务人员往来。APEC商务旅行卡持卡人凭有效护照和旅行卡在五年内无须办理入境签证，可自由往来于已批准入境的各APEC经济体之间，并在主要机场入出境时享有使用APEC商务旅行卡专用通道的便利。
申请要求
我国公民中有资格申办APEC商务旅行卡的是：（一）从事APEC事务的政府官员或负责旅行卡业务的政府官员以及在APEC组织任职的中国籍官员；（二）中央管理的大型国有企业中的管理人员、主要业务人员和技术人员；（三）地方国有企业人员；（四）民营企业人员；（五）中外合资、外商独资和台港澳资企业中的中方（大陆）人员。上述人员须持有效中华人民共和国护照，因工作需要经常前往APEC经济体，无刑事犯罪记录或没有被外国、特别是实施旅行卡计划的经济体拒签的记录。
What is APEC Travel Card?
The APEC Business Travel Card, also known as the Travel Card or ABTC, is an important proposal put forward by the APEC Business Council (ABAC) to the APEC Leaders' Meeting in 1996. The plan aims to facilitate the travel of business personnel from various economies within APEC. APEC Business Travel Card holders, with a valid passport and travel card, do not need to apply for an entry visa within five years and can freely travel between approved APEC economies. They also enjoy the convenience of using the APEC Business Travel Card's dedicated channel for entry and exit at major airports.
