In modern enterprises, cross departmental communication is the key to ensuring smooth project progress and efficient organizational operations. However, in practical work, various communication barriers are often encountered, such as unsmooth institutional processes, cognitive differences, divergent opinions, and emotional attitudes, leading to frequent phenomena such as shifting responsibility, self-interest orientation, assumed opposition, and ill intentions. These issues not only affect team morale, but may also lead to project delays and resource waste.
This course aims to help students comprehensively understand and solve common barriers in cross departmental communication, master four key communication types: service collaboration, guidance collaboration, control collaboration, and emotional collaboration, learn to reduce inter departmental disputes, clarify responsibilities and rights, and optimize workflow. At the same time, the course will also teach practical skills such as nonviolent communication skills, personalized communication methods, empathy and empathy, helping students build trust and enhance teamwork abilities.
