This workshop is not meant to teach entrepreneurs how to develop strategies, as it is the entrepreneurs themselves who truly understand their own companies! But it helps entrepreneurs see what kind of strategies are meaningful at different stages of enterprise development, and more importantly, how to ensure the coordinated implementation of strategies is more meaningful!
This workshop is different from traditional training, integrating GE's "brainstorming and collaboration" approach with the CEO roundtable and private board model in the United States. Through in-depth case discussions and group dynamics, it aims to solve the most common and difficult problems that are currently occurring in practical work or long-term difficulties. It encourages all participants to achieve mutual inspiration and understanding through the process of empathy and U-shaped thinking, learn methods and skills, enhance problem-solving ability and leadership, and be able to apply case studies in practice.

本工作坊不是教导企业家如何制定战略,因为最了解自己公司的肯定是企业家自己!而是帮助企业家们看到,在企业不同的发展阶段,什么样的战略才是有意义的,更为重要如何保证战略的协同落地,才是更为有意义的!
本工作坊不同于传统的培训,整合GE的“群策群力”和美国CEO圆桌会及私董会模式,以案例深入讨论的形式,采用群体动力方法,解决最常见、最难以解决的实际工作中正在发生的问题或长期困惑,并促使全体学员在换位思考和U型思考的过程中达到互相激发与感悟,学习方法与技能,提升问题解决能力和领导力并能够实际应用案例的目的。
首先,工作坊的理论框架不只是来源于学术研究,而是来源于二十多年的实战提炼,并得到了近2000家企业的验证;
其次,工作坊形式的突破,战略实战沙盘的体验,让企业家们从根源上看到不同阶段,什么才是有意义的战略,找到阻碍战略协同落地的障碍;
第三,工作坊的主角不是老师而是企业家们,他们在导师教练方式的引导下,制定符合组织实际状况的、可操作性的、战略协同的方法。
