If you cannot attend an event for which you have registered, please cancel your registration or notify us no later than 72-hour prior to the event. Your WeChat payment will be refunded after deducting 0.6% the WeChat commission charge and bank transfer payments will be fully refunded in 10 working days. 如您因故无法参加活动，请提前至少72小时在线取消或联系工作人员。已支付的会议费用将在扣除0.6%微信手续费后退还，银行转账将在10个工作日内全额退回付款账户。
