China’s emphasis on green and sustainable development offers a fertile ground for businesses in sustainable urban development. Integral to this are initiatives such as China’s Five-Year Plan, the Urban Renewal Action Plan (2023-2025), and local programs for green development and urban planning. These initiatives set forth ambitious goals for achieving ultra-low energy consumption in construction and have laid the groundwork for the adoption of green transportation projects. European SMEs, with their established practices in eco-friendly construction and sustainable transportation, are well-positioned to make a significant impact on China’s growing green and sustainable urban development sector and to export their expertise and sustainable solutions.
Join us in exploring the emerging opportunities for SMEs in this transformative landscape of green and sustainable urban development in China. This event will delve into the latest developments in China’s green transportation, sustainable construction, and urban planning, and how SMEs can contribute to and benefit from these developments. Don’t miss this chance to be part of the conversation shaping a greener and more sustainable urban future in China.
