He has 14 years industry experience in life science and healthcare industry primarily focused on China market, including 5 years in pharmaceutical marketing management in both human and animal health in leading multinational companies, 9 years in management consulting with a focus on different types of life science & healthcare clients.

Eric is specialized in a number of life science and healthcare focused strategy & operation development services, including pharma & medtech new product launch, innovative market access, sales & channel transformation, supply chain localization, operation excellence, digital integration

Eric also takes the responsibility in developing and customizing sustainability strategies specifically for life science and healthcare companies with different portfolio and business presence in China market

Eric has helped number of European pharmaceutical companies with their business and function level strategy development for the past 6 years, including Sanofi, AstraZeneca, Boehringer-Ingelheim, Novartis, Lundbeck, Leo, Chiesi, etc.
