Badminton Tournament and Family Day, Nanjing Chapter's Signature Sports event, is BACK!
More awards, trophies, best Sportsmanship and Best Cheering Leader to win.
The event will take place on Saturday, June.3rd, 2023, ONE DAY ONLY, in Nanjing.
This year, we've got total 12 teams, they are:
BASF-YPC, Bosch, Brembo, BSH, emz Hanauer, Epiroc, Esco Xuzhou, Fette, Siemens Nanjing, SUSPA, Tietoevry, tesa China.

>> General Rules 基本规则:
1. The Badminton Tournament will have maximum 12 teams participating. Each team represents one company. There should be 8 players in each team (4 men and 4 women). 本次羽毛球大赛设有最多12个参赛名额 （12支队伍），每支队伍代表一个公司参赛。每支队伍中须有8名队员 （男女队员各4名）。
2. There will be 5 categories of matches: Men's Singles, Women's Singles, Men's Doubles, Women's Doubles and Mixed Doubles. Each player can compete in ONLY ONE category. Each team should compete in all 5 categories. 比赛设置“男子单打”“女子单打”“男子双打”“女子双打”和“混合双打”5个类别。每名参赛队员必须且只能参加一种类别的比赛，每支队伍需要参与全部5个项目的比赛以获得排名。
3. The Tournament will be a one day only event. 本次大赛赛程为一天。
- Round robins in the morning: participating team will be divided into 2 Groups (Group A & B). Teams conduct round robins within respective group and compete for better ranking.
比赛日上午设置循环赛：参赛队伍分两组进行组内循环赛，经排名决定淘汰赛分组资格。
- Knockout match in the afternoon: we take total 12 teams as example -- teams ranking 1 & 2 & 3 from Group A and Group B will enter Golden Group for the knockout match. Teams ranking 4 & 5 &6 from Group A and Group B will enter Silver Group for the knockout match.
比赛日下午设置淘汰赛：以12支参赛队伍为例，根据上午循环赛的排名，各小组的前三名（6支队伍）进入“黄金组”，后三名（6支队伍）进入“白银组”进行淘汰赛，两个组别（“黄金组”和“白银组”）分别决出最后的冠亚军。

One Game sets: In the Round Robbin, with only one game who gets score up to 21 points firstly who is winner. In the knockout match, with only one game who gets score up to 30 points firstly who is the winner. 循环赛一局定胜负制，谁先获得满分21分(11分中途休息1分钟)，即为胜者。淘汰赛一局定胜负，谁先获得满分30分（15分中途休息1分钟），即为胜者。

Injuries受伤情况: Only the mixed double players can replace a partner incapable of playing due to an injury. 在有队员受伤的情况下，只可以由混双队员去替补。If the mixed player is injured, the team has to forfeit that or ask permission to opponent to provide a replacement. 如果混双队员受伤，那么只能作弃权处理或由对手指定可以由该队哪位球员替补。
- Play as a Team! The ranking will be on team (company) basis.
团体赛，排名以队伍整体比赛结果为判断依据。发扬团队精神吧！
- Organizer reserves the rights to change the rules depending on the schedule.
中国欧盟商会南京分会对比赛规则保留最终解释和更改的权利。
- Individual Insurance shall be offered to each player by the participated companies. European Chamber shall not afford any risks caused by the tournament.请各参赛公司为其运动员购买保险。中国欧盟商会不为比赛日因任何原因产生的风险承担任何责任。
- Volunteers from each teams are required to be judges (Game scorekeeper). 需要各球队安排一些志愿者充当裁判（记分员）。
- Each team leader shall constitute the judging committee to decide any disputes and punishment. 各参赛队的队长将构成本届比赛的仲裁委员会，以对于任何争议、处罚做出评判。
- Detailed rules will be forwarded to participating teams on a later stage.
比赛细则将会在赛前公布给参赛队伍。
>> Participation Fee 报名费:
Member: RMB 3,600 per team (8 players/team)
会员：人民币3600元/队 （每支队伍8名队员）
Non-member: RMB 6,400 per team (8 players/team)
非会员：人民币6400元/队 （每支队伍8名队员）
>> Remarks 备注:
1. Please online register or contact Ms. Annie Zhou @ 025-83627330 ext. 0 OR via azhou@europeanchamber.com.cn to register this tournament no later than May.23rd, 2023. First come, first served. 名额有限，报名截止日期为2023年5月23日或联系Annie Zhou。
2. Participation fee will be accepted by bank transfer or cash/Wechat and the payment should be done before May.23, 2023, Otherwise, your registration shall be cancelled without notice. 请于2023年5月23日前以银行转账或现金或微信方式缴纳报名费用。否则，将自动取消您的报名，恕不另外通知。
3. We will not refund you if you cancel after the registration deadline. All the entry fee required. 报名截止后不接收任何原因的退赛，如需退赛，参赛费正常缴纳或不予退还。
4. Sport Friendship and the players' health should be the first place in the after-epidemic era. 疫情消退，但仍请大家将运动友谊以及个人健康放在第一位，理性运动。

3. Please bring your own badminton racket. 请自备羽毛球拍。
4. All the 8 players should be the employees from the company. Otherwise, the team shall be disqualified and no refund the entry fee. 所有8名参赛选手必须是本公司的雇员，请各队按照本网页底部的报名表填写选手信息并及时提交。不得从其他单位借调选手，一经发现，该队将被取消比赛资格，并不予退还已缴纳的参赛费。
5. Each team should submit the final players list with individual name, ID Number, Green Jiangsu Health Code within 7 days, working email, match category, and staff card number 7-working days before the match date. You can download the registration form in "Downloads" at the bottom of this web page. 请在比赛日七个工作日之前提交贵司的最终运动员清单，其中请列明运动员姓名、身份证号及员工卡编号、参赛项目。报名表请在该网页底部“Downloads”中下载填写。
6. Each player please bring your individual staff card which your photo shows on, in case to be checked during the match date. 请运动员于比赛日当天携带本人的员工卡及身份证等以备核验以证明您与该参赛公司的关系。
7. Victor shuttles provided. 活动提供胜利羽毛球。
8. Goody bags provided to the players (inclusive of lunch box, water and fruit) .活动供应运动员午餐，水和水果。
