She graduated from Nanyang Technological University with Bachelor in Accountancy, subsequently worked in Singapore and Hong Kong covering clients across APAC. Daz originated and executed award winning ESG bond transactions from leading Chinese policy and commercial banks, Chinese SOE, HKSAR, and regional corporates.

She focuses on providing end-to-end strategy to execution support across the deal lifecycle, including deal strategy, commercial and operational due diligence, integration, and separation. She also has extensive experiences in supporting large-scale transformation. She also has 6-month project experiences in KPMG Germany/Switzerland. She has served various leading MNC, PE, SoE, and PoE clients in China with a sector focus on consumer goods & retail, industrial manufacturing, service and high tech.
As the leading partner of ESG in deals, she coordinates to develop the integrated ESG solution into the deal journey from deal strategy, ESG due diligence and readiness assessment, ESG post deal value creation and transformation.

Victor has +18 years experience in Corp and Consulting. Mr. Chen was leading several M&A strategy and implementation initiatives for 500 fortune company. And He also led in several large post deal integration / separation project for MNC and local company outbound M&A. And Victor serve PEVC to improve the portfolio performance
Victor is serving clients in Auto, Energy, Manufacturing. Before joined Deloitte, Victor worked in Siemens Energy for AP Wind business and Honeywell AP as strategy person. Victor received a BE in Mechanical Engineering from Jiaotong University. He is fluent in English and Mandarin.
