The European Chamber high-level HR roundtable aims to provide HRD, HRBP and HR who is in charge of the whole department of foreign-invested enterprise a platform for exchanging strategic considerations and best practices on HR related issues faced by their companies. The roundtable also aims to support HRs to explore solutions for leading the HR department to play a crucial role internally during the uncertain COVID condition since the requirements for HR departments have led to them changing from a support function to a strategic role.
