[English Language] Interpretation of the new Anti-monopoly Law

On 24th June, the National People’s Congress passed the China’s new Anti-monopoly Law, which will take effect from 1st August. The new AML introduces important changes since the law’s last revision in 2007. The European Chamber is honoured to invite Mr Yong Bai, Partner and Head of Anti-trust, Greater China at Clifford Chance to give an English language interpretation of the new Anti-Monopoly Law.
