Date and Time: Tuesday 12th July 17:00-18:00 pm Beijing Time (11:00am -12:00pm CET)
Registration Deadline: COB Friday 8th July
For many foreign multinationals, investing in listed companies is the fastest and more direct route to inorganic growth in China. Listed companies have higher levels of governance and transparency, buyer/seller valuation gaps are lower and negotiation processes can be shorter than with private peers. On the other hand, this apparently ideal route to market only represent a small amount of total foreign M&A in China, mostly due to an unfamiliarity with the complexities of the legal and regulatory environment.
The European Chamber Investment Working Group is delighted to invite you to the Investment Working Group meeting on MNC Investment in Listed Companies in China on Tuesday 12th July 17:00-18:00 pm Beijing Time (11:00am -12:00pm CET).
