The increasing demand for customization, shortened product lift-cycles and increasing labor cost raise new challenges for production systems. Flexible systems are needed, that can adapt to these changing requirements and achieve similar cost efficiency as traditional lean production systems. This course introduces the development of industrial robots and basic robot motion control. Off-line robot programming is introduced with FASTSUITE software. The concept of digital twins for robots is applied in an application case with a UR robot.

Yehan Dai, CENIT Suzhou
Mr. Yehan Dai is an application engineer and professional lecturer of CENIT China. He has studied at Beijing Institute of Technology and Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), received his master's degree in Mechatronics Engineering and Information Technology. His years of overseas study and research experience have enabled him to accumulate rich professional skills in the fields of robotics, control theory, and multi-sensor fusion. During his time at CENIT, he has focused on various directions such as robot kinematic planning, robot intelligence algorithms, vision processing, artificial intelligence, and digital twin, and has extensive industry experience in industrial robots, mobile platform robots, and human-robot intelligent interaction. His service customers include Fanuc Robotics, Kuka Robotics, Sany Heavy Industries, AVIC Research Institute and many other famous companies.
代烨晗先生是CENIT中国的应用工程师和专业讲师,先后在北京理工大学和德国卡尔斯鲁厄理工学院(KIT)深造,并获得机械电子工程及信息技术硕士学位。多年的海外求学和研究经历,让他在机器人学、控制理论、多传感器融合等领域积累了丰富的专业技能。在CENIT工作期间,专注于机器人运动学规划、机器人智能算法、视觉处理、人工智能、数字孪生等多个方向,在工业机器人、移动平台机器人和人机智能交互等领域拥有丰富的行业经验。服务客户包括Fanuc发那科机器人、Kuka库卡机器人、三一重工、中航研究院等多家知名企业。
