Background培训背景
In April 2021, the General Administration of Customs in China (GACC) released Regulation on Registration Administration of Overseas Manufactures of Imported Foods (Decree 248) and Administrative Measures on Safety of Import and Export Food (Decree 249). Under these two Decrees, all companies importing food into China, especially the manufactures of imported foods, need to comply with the new requirements by Jan 1, 2022. To support the fluid registration of overseas manufacturers of imported foods, the European Chamber organises a series of training sessions focussing on ‘GACC Overseas Manufacturers’ Registration of Imported Foods’ on the registration rules as well as the registration system.
The first session, which interpreted on the Decree 248, has been held on October 17th (Sunday). The second session to guide the registration system is now confirmed on November 26th (Friday). The training will be held online in bilingual with simultaneous interpretation and the fee for the whole series is RMB 2,500 for member and RMB 3,500 for non-member. If you participated the first session and completed the payment, no extra fund is necessary. 2021年4月，海关总署发布248号令《中华人民共和国进口食品境外生产企业注册管理规定》和249号令《中华人民共和国进出口食品安全管理办法》，并将于2022年1月1日起实施。为支持进口食品境外生产企业在新规下的顺利注册，中国欧盟商会组织了“进口食品境外生产企业注册”系列培训课程，对于注册规定以及注册系统进行解读。
第一期培训已于北京时间10月17日(周日)成功举行，对248号令的总体规定、实施细则等进行了解读。第二期培训确定将于11月26日（周五）举行。本次培训将采用在线双语同声传译方式进行，系列培训整体费用为会员2500元，非会员3500元。若您此前已经参与第一期培训并完成付款，则无须再支付额外费用。若您是新注册参会的同事，请于本页面进行培训注册，或在11月24日（周三）前与王映女士（iwang@europeanchamber.com.cn）以及王婧（kwang@europeanchamber.com.cn）联系。参会链接将会于会前发出，每个链接仅供一台设备使用。
