As China continues to bounce back despite world-wide economic setback due to the pandemic, some businesses have followed suit – recovering despite the challenges. Organizations have also taken these challenges as opportunities to restructure and minimise costs, reimagine business strategies, enter untapped markets, and even expand their businesses. The possibilities for achieving further growth in specific industries are present. For the manufacturing industry, further business growth can be adding new sites in China, taking into consideration the right framework and strategies.
Organisations need to be aware of all of the factors playing into restructuring and strategies in the Chinese market. This event will provide a clear picture of key drivers, challenges and outlook for restructuring businesses in China; providing insight into manufacturing industry site selection implications; even legal aspects that may play a role in changing business strategies.
The European Union Chamber of Commerce in China welcomes leaders with expertise in varied industries to share their guidance on the above-mentioned. Book your seat.
