The European Union Chamber of Commerce in China is pleased to invite you to a factory tour to TRUMPF’s Smart Factory in Taicang, Jiangsu Province.
TRUMPF is a market and technology leader in machine tools and lasers for industrial manufacturing, and work with our innovations in almost every sector with software solutions which pave the way to the Smart Factory.
Dr Gang Yang, CEO of TRUMPF (China) Co., Ltd, will present the topic of Smart Factory for Sheet Metal Manufacturing, afterwards, participants will enjoy a guided tour around the site and the showroom.

How to Apply to Register
Due to the nature of this event, all participants must apply to register via email. To apply to register please contact Ms Catalina Fernandez Silva at cfernandezsilva@europeanchamber.com.cn
All applications will be screened in advance, competitors of the hosting company won't be able to participate. Your registration is not confirmed until you receive an email from the European Chamber confirming your participation.
Meeting point of Departure:
European Chamber Shanghai Office. The bus will leave at 8:00am, please be on time.
Reminders:
1. No video/picture in the factory.
2. No smoking
3. No pets allowed
4. Seats are limited
5. All payments must be received in advance. Those who don't cancel at least 24h prior to the event will be charged the event fee.
Shuttle bus information
The shuttle bus is arranged by the European Chamber. Please note that all payments must be received in advance and the bus will leave on time. Your punctuality is greatly appreciated.
If you don’t plan to join the European Chamber shuttle bus and prefer to meet directly at the entrance of the plant please inform the European Chamber team in advance.
Advisory Council Policy
Members of the Advisory Council may receive complimentary admission to Chamber seminars, conferences and factory visits up to two attendees per event. Additional participants will be charged at the member rate.
Advisory Council members will still be charged the standard member rate for participation in training courses and special events, such as gala balls, government appreciation dinners, or admission to corporate social events/tournaments.
