Staufen. founded in 2005, is a consulting and training firm specialized in lean transformation, leadership improvement and smart transformation. With 9 subsidiaries worldwide, Staufen supports its clients with 17 languages on a daily basis. In 2020, a Lean Lab is set up by Staufen and Kunshan Start-up Factory on the belief of “Learning by Doing”. In our Lean Lab, there is not only training classroom, but also a simulation production line. Our training, combined with simulation production line, will not deliver the knowledge, but also enable the application into daily work.
