While the world adjusts to the changes brought on by COVID-19, it is crucial to recognize the shift large and small organizations have endured – whether they are ready or not – in attempting to effectively adapt to remote work. The change in work structure can definitely bring some benefits, and can also have a long-standing effect on company HR strategies, retaining key talent, and fiscal regulations that may need to be adapted. This brings to light, the important role HR, Taxation, Legal sector leadership has in navigating this strategic change when looking to organize, manage expectations and innovate while not being physically present.
This Webinar will make the argument for company effective management of long-term change and adaptation to remote working; setting up a digital strategy for remote working optimizing employee engagement. The discussion will also dive into the fiscal impact of displacement brought on by the COVID-19 crisis, from a tax compliance perspective.
