The European Union Chamber of Commerce in China is delighted to invite you to this half-day LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshop, participants will be taken through a series of builds where they will be encouraged to think strategically about possible scenarios and design alternative Crisis Plans. Participants will uncover fresh insights and find new perspectives on what it means to manage constant change.
Changes come alongside with resistance and negative feelings. We are experiencing a disruptive change and uncertainties for the future since the Covid-19 pandemic affected our businesses. In this workshop, change is easier to be addressed as it starts from discussing and playing with the models where people feel secure about themselves. Participants will later on be encouraged to incorporate their models into the entire system and playing different scenarios in order to try-out new strategies with direct experience through visualizing the impact of variables. As a result, participants will acquire a new strategic perspective on how to adapt their plans to the changing business environment.
