Dr. Felice SOO is a clinical psychologist at Jiahui Health. Dr. Soo obtained her Master’s and Doctor of Psychology degrees in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology (CSPP) at Alliant International University (AIU). She received her professional license from the Psychology Board of Australia (AHPRA), the New Zealand Psychologists Board, and a practitioner certificate from the Association of Psychotherapists and Counsellors Singapore (APACS). She is also a registered member of the American Psychological Association (APA), a registered clinical psychologist at the Hong Kong Association of Doctors in Clinical Psychology (HKADCP), and a clinical member of the Shanghai International Mental Health Association (SIMHA).
Dr. Soo has more than 7 years of clinical experience working with diverse populations, including expats from the US, Canada, Australia, and the UK, as well as residents from Hong Kong and mainland China. Her expertise is in the areas of grief, depression-anxiety disorders, insomnia, trauma, LGBT-related issues, domestic violence, and interpersonal relationships. Her primary approach is cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and she also utilizes a postmodern collaborative client-centered approach in her work, such as solution-focused therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, and positive psychology to best meet the needs of clients. Moreover, she has conducted neuropsychological assessment for a range of neurological conditions at the Memory Clinic to help patients with early dementia and traumatic brain injuries.
Dr. Soo has extensive experience helping LGBT individuals with interpersonal issues and has conducted workshops and group intervention for transgender individuals to better adjust to their daily life and new gender identity. She also supports individuals with HIV and provides sex education for sexual minority groups.

Ms. Huang graduated with honors from Fuller Graduate School, receiving a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy. She is one of a few bilingual therapists in China certified by the California Board of Behavior Science. She was trained and supervised by the founder of Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Dr. Leslie Greenberg, and has been certified by the International Society of Emotion Focused Therapy.

Ms. Huang is experienced in working with both individuals and couples dealing with mood problems such as depression, anxiety, and adjustment issues. For couples, she is specialized in addressing communication, conflict resolution, and chronic emotional issues. Her unique bilingual and bi-cultural background enabled her to work effectively with cross-culture couples.

Ms. Huang is an advocate for mental health education. She has translated and published numerous mental health related literature such as Crazy like US and A Peaceable Psychology. She is also a certified supervisor for college counselors and serves as a board member of Shanghai International Mental Health Association.

Following a 31-year career as auditor, most recently as the partner leading the Ottawa KPMG Enterprise private company practice, Denis is now KPMG (Canada) and Corporate Canada’s first Chief Mental Health Officer. He and his wife Yolande are recipients of the Royal Ottawa Mental Health Inspiration Award. Denis’s latest award is the Fellow of Chartered Professional Accountants designation, principally for his contribution to improving mental health in the professional milieu. Denis is the Mental Health Lead on KPMG’s National Inclusivity and Diversity Council, and is a sought after speaker for his insights into reducing the stigma surrounding mental illness. Denis describes his role as follows: My only lens is that of mental health and I open boardroom doors to break stigma and to ensure people feel comfortable bringing their whole self to work.
