Mr. Norman established a strong career in Education as a teacher, coach and administrator from 1975 to 2019 climbing the ranks and positioning himself for a series of challenges that consumed his passion over these years of his career as an Educator.

Mr. Norman has also worked internationally in China in partnership with the New Brunswick Department of Education as a Director of Programs from 1996 to 2019 and as the Head of School for 2 Canadian International Schools in China.
