The 7th Speed Business Meeting
Speed Business Meeting aims to provide you a chance to get acquainted with people from different industries in a highly efficient way, which assists the expansion of your business and social connections. During the event you will have the opportunity to strike up a quick conversation with your counterparts and move to the next one every two minutes. At the end of the event, we will provide a short networking session that allows an in-depth communication between you and your new friends and promotes the further development on the newly formed connections. It is the best opportunity that you could jump out of your existing upstanding of your world, learn new business models in other areas and seek the business chance in this rapid developing environment.

Remarks
1. Please make sure you are taking ENOUGH business cards with you or a power bank (for mobile phones to add on WeChat)
2. Rehearse your "elevator pitch": a short concise self-introduction that ideally does not exceed 60 seconds
3. Prepare at least one (many is also welcome) small Christmas & New Year gifts (better with company logo) which will be given randomly to your counterparts after the event

Cancellation Policy
If you cannot attend an event for which you have registered, please cancel your registration no later than one business day prior to the event. If you fail to notify us of your cancellation in a timely fashion, you will be charged for event costs.
To cancel you can: 1) email chongqing@europeanchamber.com.cn, or 2) cancel online if you registered for the event through the website.

Advisory Council Policy
Members of the Advisory Council may receive complimentary admission to Chamber seminars, conferences and factory visits up to two attendees per event. Additional participants will be charged at the member rate.
Advisory Council members will still be charged the standard member rate for participation in training courses and special events, such as gala balls, government appreciation dinners, or admission to corporate social events/tournaments.
