Dear Working Group Member,
With changing workforce demographics, digital disruption and changing mobility types, it is more important than ever for companies to re-evaluate their mobility policies and processes and look at how they can best deploy talent for future business success. To provide up-to-date, accurate global mobility policy benchmark data, PwC has recently completed the APAC Global Mobility Policies Survey, which collates an unprecedented data set of up-to-date market information and insight on what organisations state they are providing their internationally mobile population with.
Global mobility is a complex issue, and getting it right means mastering the tax implications, building attractive propositions for candidates, and developing effective return programs. The Human Resources and Finance and Taxation Working Groups are delighted to invite you to attend a presentation and discussion on the Outbound Mobility Trends – Building a Culture of Mobility and Enhancing Employee Experience, which will take place on Friday, 6th December, from 09:30 to 11:30, at the European Chamber Shanghai office, where our speakers will share their insights into how organisations can identify, track and report the data that is required to build a culture of mobility, including success measures and return on investment, and assess the significance of mobility to employees’ experience life cycles, and then move toward a mobility strategy that focuses on and harnesses this talent.
On this occasion, Ms. Gertie Chen, Partner, Ms. Tina Zhao, Senior Manager, and Mr. Ricky Jiang, Senior Manager at PwC Global Mobility Services, are very pleased to:
- Share the latest market insights on global mobility trends and local practice;
- Explore management systems and approaches of global mobility to better fit future business development needs;
- Discuss the ways of managing more flexible and non-traditional types of global mobility projects with fewer people; and
- Implementations and case sharing.
