Mr. Vishwaraaj Shetty (Vish) - Is the managing director of ATCS which is a niche Automotive Consulting and IT Services Company Head Quartered in New Jersey. They focus primarily on helping Auto OEM's in Digital transformation to help monetize the changing business trends. Vish has been engaged with the changing Automotive IT & Digital strategies for over the last 15 years with over 10 years of that dedicated to APAC and China market. Currently taking keen interest in increasing the trade between China and India by engaging in various Inter Governmental initiatives such as set up of IT corridors and building B2B platforms to encourage trade across both countries. Actively engages with the Startup community and technology focused forums. He is a MBA graduate from the prestigious IE Business School in Spain where he majored in Strategy & Business development.

Mr. Li Ting graduated in TU Darmstadt with master’s degree of Information and Communication Engineering (Microelectronics) since 2007. He worked for HUAWEI, and an Automotive Electronic company in Germany. He has plenty experiences in all the automotive electronics design, manufacturing and supplier development. He is organizing a nonprofit group of talented engineers in automotive industry from different companies, who are with wide of experiences consulting and supporting the Chinese local automotive industry development of manufacturing, innovation and company operation.

15+ years working experience in government affairs and legal consultancy. Good understanding of Chinese & western culture and government structure • Legal background. Good understanding of laws, regulations and policy making process. 8+ years working in the auto industry. Familiar with auto related policies, particularly in market access, investment, trade and fair competition
Joined GM in 2011, responsible for government relations and policy advocacy. Interpreting China’s political and economic environment to support business decisions and building/maintaining GM’s strong relationship with key stakeholders, including Chinese government agencies at both central and local levels, trade associations, think tanks, embassy/consulates etc. Holds a master’s degree in Law from the University of Sheffield, UK
