Ioana has been based in Shanghai since 2003 where she worked for the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China (European Chamber) from 2004 to 2022. From 2009 to 2022 she served as General Manager of the Chamber’s Shanghai Chapter and was responsible for implementation and development of European Chamber objectives, visibility, and advocacy activities on a regional level in Shanghai and neighbouring regions.

Ioana is currently an Associate Director with X-PM Transition Partners, a leading European Executive Interim and Transition Management firm with teams in Shanghai, Beijing and Hong Kong. X-PM is part of the WIL group, a network of 13 firms operating in 35 countries that deliver interim and transition solutions to clients around the world and offers a unique international “multi-sourcing” model that leverages the assets of each member firm and ensures the best assignments globally.

A German-qualified lawyer, Ioana practiced with a German law firm in Shanghai from 2003 and 2004. She also holds a PhD degree in law from Heinrich Heine University, Düsseldorf, where she worked from 1999 to 2003 as a Senior Research Assistant focussing on the areas of Civil Law, Insurance Law, Comparative Law, International Private Law and Labour Law.

Being a commercial lawyer and holding a pre-degree in business administration, Oliver has been providing and developing services for enterprises in continuous executive positions. He engage(d) in private business, chambers of commerce/business associations and development cooperation in Germany, Georgia, China and Southeast Asia. Additional activities are related to vocational training and lectures, tourism management and the support of EU programmes. He is (co-)author of several publications and frequently sought for as a speaker/moderator for business events.

Trang Bui is Senior Director and is responsible for all Industrial & Logistic, Office and Retail transaction undertaken by JLL in Vietnam. Trang has over 14 years’ experience in tenant representation, marketing & leasing and market research. She is leading the retail-office-industrial Consultancy & Leasing, strengthening the existing competitive advantage of Tenant Representative & Landlord Representative through the global network of the organization.
Having joined JLL in 2012, Trang has successfully executed the consultancy and leasing services for over 4.6 million sq.ft of retail, office and warehouse spaces, as well as won numerous projects throughout Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar. She has developed extensive expertise in advising commercial tenants on their office and/or factory leasing needs, with particular focus on lease acquisition, rent review, lease renewal and restructure consultancy.
Trang holds B.B.M. (Bachelor of Business Management) in Real Estate from National University of Vietnam.

Hans Kerstens obtained a Master in commercial sciences at EHSAL in Brussels Belgium, with a specialization in finance and risk management.
After his graduation, he started his career with KatoenNatie, a large Belgium logistics and supply chain company. At KatoenNatie he was responsible for starting up new flows and entities. He has experienced in this field in Europe, US and Asia.
Hans has been in Asia for more than 5 years now. Currenlty he is working for DEEP C Industrial Zones in Vietnam since early 2016 where is he in charge of the sales department.

Ms Nancy Dang is a Legal Advisor at D'Andrea & Partners Hanoi Office. Dang graduated from the Foreign Trade University (FTU) of Hanoi, one of the most reputable universities of Vietnam. Dang's academic study majors in International Trade Law and Corporate Law. She has been collaborating with D’Andrea & Partners Hanoi office since 2018. Nancy's areas of expertise include FDI, IPR and Contract Law.
