Dr. Ioana Kraft
Dr. Ioana Kraft
Ioana has been based in Shanghai since 2003 where she worked for the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China (European Chamber) from 2004 to 2022. From 2009 to 2022 she served as General Manager of the Chamber’s Shanghai Chapter and was responsible for implementation and development of European Chamber objectives, visibility, and advocacy activities on a regional level in Shanghai and neighbouring regions.
Ioana is currently an Associate Director with X-PM Transition Partners, a leading European Executive Interim and Transition Management firm with teams in Shanghai, Beijing and Hong Kong. X-PM is part of the WIL group, a network of 13 firms operating in 35 countries that deliver interim and transition solutions to clients around the world and offers a unique international “multi-sourcing” model that leverages the assets of each member firm and ensures the best assignments globally.
A German-qualified lawyer, Ioana practiced with a German law firm in Shanghai from 2003 and 2004. She also holds a PhD degree in law from Heinrich Heine University, Düsseldorf, where she worked from 1999 to 2003 as a Senior Research Assistant focussing on the areas of Civil Law, Insurance Law, Comparative Law, International Private Law and Labour Law.

Nikki joined Deloitte in Beijing in 2012 from UK Trade & Investment of British Embassy Beijing. In 2014 and 2015, she worked in Deloitte’s London office to support Chinese business investments in the UK.
Nikki is currently based in Deloitte Beijing office and leading the sports business from Deloitte in China. She has actively initiated football consultancy projects with Chinese clients and developed collaboration opportunities between international clients and China in professional football area.
Nikki has been involved in several cross-border M&A discussions/transactions in football/sports business and facilitated international sports clients’ development and market strategy in China. Her recent sports related project experience include: advising Chinese Super League for their development of commercial strategy; assisting two of top 6 English Premier Clubs and two of top Serie A clubs' China strategy and assessed the potential of specific business opportunities in Chinese market; assisting a Chinese state-owned enterprise to successfully bid for 2022 Asian Games Hangzhou's athlete village development project.

Jon founded Amanacliq, an advertising/media agency now listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. He has carved a niche in helping global marks build community in China through the use of digital media and he represents leading sports brands in China.

Matt founded Koresoftware and it has become the global leader in sports business management solutions. Clients include over 250 professional sports organizations worldwide and over 200 collegiate sports programs in the US. Their core work is in the management of fan data analytics for sponsors and franchise owners.
Mr. Victor Cui
Mr. Victor Cui
As CEO, International, of ONE Championship (ONE), it is no surprise that Victor Cui is regularly featured in global publications as one of the most influential figures in the world of martial arts. You only have to see his professional background to understand why his career trajectory has created a brand new paradigm for sports and martial arts in Asia.
Prior to launching ONE Championship, Cui spent six years with the Event Management Group for Asia’s number one sports broadcaster – ESPN Star Sports (ESS). There, he successfully headed event business development across Asia, and project-led some of the biggest sporting properties and television event partnerships in the region.
Before he joined ESS, he was the Director of Communications for the PGA Tour – Golf Canada, and also served as the Managing Editor for Canada’s number one golf publication during that same period.
These roles allowed him to accumulate decades of world-class experience in the areas of international sports and marketing communications. Throughout his career, Cui has played an invaluable part in the likes of the Commonwealth Games, the World Championships, the Sydney Olympics, the PGA Tour Bell Canadian Open Championship, the LPGA Tour BMO Women’s Open, the X Games Asia, the World Series of Pool, and World Futsal. He also personally created and led a series of 12 Martial Combat events.
