I am Certified Polestar Instructor (Mat and REFORMER) teaching in China since 2013. Having led group Pilates sessions and private classes for a number of years, it is a joy to see many returning students and to welcome new ones. My goal is to help people to feel better thus I join courses every year to ensure that my teaching practice is based on the latest news and inspired by some of the most valuable members in Pilates.
