Ms. Jeanette Yu

Ms. Jeanette Yu
Jeanette Yu is a Partner and the Head of Employment and Pensions Group of CMS China. Her practice covers all aspects of Chinese labour law. With more than 18 years’ experience of working with multinational companies, Jeanette has been involved in a number of significant projects and has advised clients on a wide range of employment law related issues, such as hiring and dismissing domestic and foreign employees, formulating employee related company rules and regulations, advising on employee benefits, non-competition, confidentiality, training agreement and employee inventions, mass lay-off, employee transfer in M&A projects, relocation, restructuring and the closing-down of businesses, social security, foreigners’ work permit and visa issues as well as providing solutions to various labour disputes.
Jeanette is also the Chairworman of the Human Resources Working Group of the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China. She makes efforts on promoting the inclusion of people with disabilities in businesses and the communications between the governments and the members of EU Chamber on foreigners’ work permit and visa policies.
Jeanette has been with CMS since 2005. Before that, she practised law in renowned PRC law firms in Beijing where she gained many professional experiences as a PRC licensed lawyer.
Ms. Teodora Candrea

Ms. Teodora Candrea
Teodora is currently working as Business Development Manager at Stratesys. A young professional with extensive experience in a multicultural business environment, she has worked in several countries, including the U.S., Spain and China.
With over 5 years of China focused working experience, she started her journey in the country as an International Trade Advisor at the Economic and Commercial Office of the Spanish Embassy in Beijing, where she guided clients through business opportunities in China. She holds a Bachelor of Science at the University of North Carolina in Wilmington and a degree in International Business Administration and European Management at the University of Valencia, as well as two master programs at the University of Valencia and IUMP in Business Administration.
A certified Organizational Coach and ICF candidate, her love for people and technology has driven her to learn more about automation and its possible application in the field of Human Resources.
Ms. Rosanna Terminio

Ms. Rosanna Terminio
Rosanna Terminio is a consultant, contributor and lecturer specializing in innovation and strategy for the organization, as well as human resources strategist. After a few years working in Spain she moved to China in 2008 as a General Manager for AsecorpChina, of which she become owner in 2011 together with a Chinese colleague. In 2012 they developed AsecorpChina/ZhongDao, a division dedicated to Organizations and Human Resources strategy for the Chinese market. As an Independent researcher, she published an academic paper titled: “The impact of RAAI (Robotic, Automation and Artificial Intelligence) from the employee perspective. A scoping review”. In 2018, the paper has been presented at the conference RoboPhilosopy in Vienna and selected among the papers for the 4th Conference of the College of Economist in Catalunya, Spain. She also contributed to the book “The work we need. People for Industry 4.0”, published in Italy in October 2018. Rosanna is certified as an Executive Coach (ICC) and LEGO®SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator. She gives lectures about Doing Business in China and HR Management in different Management Schools and Universities in Europe and China and participates, with pro-bono consulting, to different CSR activities.
