Ageing populations in big cities reinforces the need to enhance and improve healthcare services and make cities more accessible for the elderly.

Mr. Giuseppe Auguadro
Mr. Giuseppe Auguadro
Giuseppe Auguadro is the General Manager of Ilum China and holds a Master degree in building engineering from Milan Politecnico Univeristy, and attended an MBA at Milan Bocconi University in 2005.
From January 2015 to now, Mr Auguadro is a Chief Executive Officer ( Founder, majority shareholder) of Ilum China, a Chinese WOFE involved in design and construction of photovoltaic power plants on industrial buildings in China.
He is specialized in photovoltaic field with qualification of brokerage for solar panel purchases processes and quality management for large photovoltaic assets. Giuseppe Auguadro actively took part in international solar assets investment operations between China and Europe.
Giuseppe Auguadro combines global business and product knowledge with service development expertise working at board level. He possesses extensive experience of working oversea in Asia, Malaysia and Italy.
Mr. Anson Bailey
Mr. Anson Bailey
Anson joined KPMG in Hong Kong in 1999 and is currently a Partner based in the Hong Kong office heading up the Consumer and Retail Practice. He is part of the KPMG Regional Consumer and Retail Practice Leadership team as well as being a member of the Global Technology Innovation Centre and the Cluster Leader for the Technology, Media & Telecoms Practice based in Hong Kong.
Anson has been active in driving a number of thought leadership reports and executive briefings for senior executives covering innovation and consumers in China and across Asia. He has worked with many corporates to understand the complex markets we live in and current levels of disruption being seen with recent reports.
Today, he not only mentors the next generation of go-to-market professionals at KPMG but continues to work with a growing number of C-level executives as a trusted advisor in providing the best in client innovation whilst acting as the Lead Partner for a number of strategic accounts in the consumer and technology arena across the Asia Pacific region.

Andreas Eisfelder is the Head of Strategy & Business Development of the Energy Management Division in Siemens Greater China.
Eisfelder joined Siemens in 2003 and worked in Siemens in a wide range of countries: Germany, Peru, Colombia Chile, and finally joined the China team in 2016.
Eisfelder graduated from the Ludwig-Maximilians Universität München with a Master's Degree in Economics.

Erik Walenza is the CEO of IoT ONE, the Co-chair of the American Chamber of Commerce Innovation Committee, and the Shanghai Director of Startup Grind. IoT ONE is the leading source of information and insight regarding Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) vendors and technologies. Companies work with IoT ONE to conduct research into IoT domains, plan their IoT adoption strategies, and build organizations capable of ideating, building, and deploying digital solutions.
As Co-chair of the AmCham Innovation Committee, Erik works with members and partners to develop and exchange best practices for innovation strategy and technology trend mapping and, through Startup Grind, supports the development of Shanghai's innovation ecosystem. He has interviewed over 50 CEOs, VC partners, and domain experts to build one of Shanghai’s largest networks of entrepreneurs and investors. He regularly advises early stage entrepreneurs and provides introductions to help small teams leverage external resources to drive their growth.

Ming is dedicated to providing the government & Public Sector clients with advisory services such as industrial development strategy, Smart City projects, Public service platform design, and other services.
Mr. James Macdonald
Mr. James Macdonald
James Macdonald was appointed as Head of Savills Research, China in 2007. He has the overall responsibility to ensure the successful delivery and expansion of Savills research capabilities as well as to consolidate and integrate all research activities across mainland China. The research team covers a wide range of cities and assets classes.
The increased capabilities of the Research department will support the continuing expansion of the company in one of the world’s fastest developing nations, securing Savills position as a dominant player in the China real estate market.
As the head of research James has spoken at numerous conferences hosted by PERE, REIW, MIPIM and ULI as well as various other chambers of commerce and investment banks, he is also frequently cited in both the trade press and mainstream business press.
Originally from London, UK, James has lived and worked in Shanghai since 2002. Since joining Savills that year, James has been actively involved in the growth of the Research department, advising and liaising with numerous international and domestic developers, and financial institutions.

Henry is the Managing Director for Wilson Group Hong Kong/China. Henry first joined Wilson Group Hong Kong in 1997 and has also been responsible for the Wilson businesses in South Korea and China. Henry relocated back to Hong Kong in January 2018.
Wilson Group is Hong Kong’s leading transport infrastructure management services and smart mobility business with its Parking, Tollways, Smart Mobility, Equipment and Others divisions employing nearly 4,000 people.
Henry is overseeing the company’s recognition that growth of its existing business divisions requires development and application of digital solutions and platforms. He has also been driving the development of new Smart Mobility and Connected City opportunities involving Government departments and private sector clients and partners.
Mr. Eric Cheung
Mr. Eric Cheung
Mr. Eric Cheung currently served as the chief financial officer and vice president of Mintal Group Cleantech Development Co. Ltd. (“Mintal”), a leading China-based ferrochrome manufacturer. Mintal is the first Chinese ferrochrome manufacturer to introduce and apply global leading environmental-friendly smelting technologies and is the fourth largest ferrochrome producer in the world. Mintal’s fully automated mega production plant effectively reduces its unit production costs and significantly reduced environmental impacts, its energy consumption and industrial emissions are well below the current national standards.
Mr. Cheung has more than 25 years of experience in the accounting industry and management. Prior to joining Mintal, Mr. Cheung has successfully assisted three Chinese companies to list on the New York Stock Exchange and Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Between 1994 and 2007, Mr. Cheung worked in various PricewaterhouseCoopers offices including, Hong Kong, New York and Beijing, and lastly as a senior manager of Global Capital Markets Group. Mr. Cheung is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
