Mr. Jerry Li
Jerry is a tax director with PwC China Shanghai office. He started his career with PwC from 2006 and has been working extensively with multinational companies in different industries. In 2011, Jerry was selected to participate in a PwC Global Tax Immersion Program ('TIP') and worked with PwC U.S. Los Angeles office for two and half years . During his career with PwC China, Jerry has established solid China tax knowledge as well as practical experience in helping multinational companies on their China tax matters, including tax compliance, China market entry and exit consulting, China foreign exchange risk evaluation and management, corporate structuring, tax credits and benefits, and etc. With a background of international secondment, Jerry understands thoroughly on the needs of multinational company and insists in providing tailored tax service to his clients. He has helped numerous companies on different tax issues (compliance structure, tax risk assessment, investment and exit consulting, R&D related tax preferential policy planning, and etc.) in both U.S. and China. During his secondment in PwC U.S., he joined the TIP designed by PwC U.S. and the University of Southern California ('USC'). He studied fundamental U.S. taxation courses with USC Marshall School of Business for the 2011 Fall Semester. Jerry is a bachelor of International Economics and Commerce with Shanghai University, and also a member of China Certified Tax Agents Association and is a Certified Tax Agent in China.
李成德先生现担任普华永道上海税务部总监。他从2006年开始在普华永道工作，为不同行业的跨国公司提供税务服务，拥有丰富的经验。2011年，李成德先生被选派参加普华永道全球税务培训计划，其后在普华永道美国洛杉矶分所工作两年半时间。在普华永道的工作中，李成德先生既对中国税务知识有着深刻的理解，同时也协助跨国企业解决中国税务问题，在税务合规性服务、市场准入咨询、跨国现金回流涉税管理、企业组织架构咨询、税务分歧协调，税收优惠及抵免研究，等方面有着丰富的理论及实际经验。李成德先生凭借他在国际派遣期间的工作经历，深刻理解跨国企业的需求并且竭力为客户提供个性化的税务咨询服务。他已经协助众多中外企业成功解决跨国经营涉及的税务问题。李成德先生在普华永道美国派遣期间，参加了美国普华永道和南加州大学合作开展的全球税收进修项目，2011年秋季在南加州大学马歇尔商学院完成了美国基础税收课程的学习。李成德先生毕业于上海大学的国际经济与贸易专业，是中国注册税务师协会的成员。同时，也持有中国注册税务师资格，并授予高端人才培训资格。
Mr. Ruixian Mao
Mr. Mao is a senior manager of PwC Tax Technology. His main responsibilities are solutions design, project management, business analysis and implementation. He has been in charge of design and implementation of VAT, tax risks control and other tax technology solutions. Mr. Mao has over 10 years experience in IT project development and implementation which includes project management, process management, agile development and quality management etc.. He is familiar with independent development, project process of outsourcing solutions which include warehouse management system, financial management system, operation management system and regulatory reporting system. In addition, he has served in state-owned entity, Japanese enterprises, European and American companies. Moreover, his business knowledge covered industries of banking, consumer electronics, education etc.
毛睿贤先生在普华永道税务科技部门担任经理职务，主要负责产品设计，项 目管理，实施与售前支持，负责过增值税，税务风险平台等税务科技产品。毛先生拥有10年以上的IT项目开发实施经验，涵盖项目管理，流程管理，敏捷开发， 质量管理等等。熟悉自主研发， 外包及解决方案实施的项目流程，参与研发 和管理过，仓储管理系统，企业财务管理系统，企业运营管理系统和 银行监 管报表系统等。并且服务过国企，日企和欧美企业等等不同类型企业，其业 务知识亦包括银行、电子消费品、教育等等领域。毛先生近几年来负责了若干个重要的税务产品及标杆项目的上线和部署，并已着眼于下一代的产品研发和推广。
