The European Chamber’s Cheese Industry Sub-working Group was established in 2014 and has eight prominent European cheese producers and industry associations as its members. The members of the working group are committed to cheese industry growth in China, and to presenting a wide range of European flavours, from this traditional and nutritional food, to Chinese customers. The working group brings together European cheese manufacturers for the purpose of expressing concerns regarding various challenges these businesses face in China.
