With the theme of "Co-constructing the ILSTC, Co-creating New Hubs of Openness, and Co-shar- ing New Opportunities for Cooperation", and centering on "New Rules, New Channels and New Trends", the Fair explores the new features, challenges and opportunities of current global investment and trade, vigorously promoting the all-round cooperation between western regions represented by Chengdu and EU countries in the field of investment and trade.

The 3rd Western China International Fair - Import & Export Expo (WCIF-IEE) will be held from September 20th to 23rd 2019, at Western China Expo Center, Chengdu, with a total exhibition area of 80,000 square meters.
The WCIF-IEE is co-sponsored by China Chamber of International Commerce and the Organizing Committee of Western China International Fair, and supported by Sichuan People’s Government. A 10,000-square-meters International Hall is set up, displaying technological innovation, trade & service, premium products and investment-recruiting projects, in developed economies of Europe, America, Asia Pacific and in other emerging economies of Asia, Africa and Latin America, highlighting the advantageous industries of countries/regions along the "Belt and Road", and facilitating the economic & trade exchanges among these countries and western China.

第三届中国西部国际博览会进出口展将于2019年9月20-23日在成都市中国西部国际博览城举办，展览总面积8万平方米。
西博会进出口展由中国国际商会和中国西部国际博览会组委会共同主办，四川省人民政府支持。设1万平方米国际馆，展示来自欧美等发达经济体、泛亚地区，及其他亚非拉地区新兴经济体的技术创新、贸易&服务、优质产品和招商引资项目，重点突出一带一路沿线国家商贸发展环境和优势产业，以利促进上述地区的国家和中国西部地区的经贸交流。
