The European Union Chamber of Commerce in China (hereafter ‘European Chamber’), Nanjing Chapter, is pleased to announce that the 2nd Green and Clean Forum will be held on 11 November 2015 at Nanjing.

The theme of this year’s Forum is The Air We Breathe. We invite government officials, industry leaders, academics and experts, media and community representatives to discuss the future of air quality. Companies with sophisticated know-hows in air pollution and green development are also invited to exhibit their advanced solutions during the forum.

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security (MOHRSS) issued the finalized regulation relating to labour dispatch (namely, the Interim Provisions on Labour Dispatch) on 24 January 2014. The Labour Dispatch Regulations takes effect from 1 March 2014. With the transitional provisions, enterprises could handle the issue within two years after the effective date of the Interim Provision ( i.e., before 1 March 2016)
