Nansha has successively been approved for national platforms, including the National Pilot Zone for Promoting Import Trade and Innovation, the Comprehensive Bonded Zone, and policies such as relaxing market access and strengthening regulatory system reforms. In June 2022, the State Council issued the Master Plan of Guangzhou Nansha on Deepening Comprehensive Cooperation between Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao with Global Perspective. This plan aims to propel Nansha into one of the regions with the highest number of strategic platforms and the highest level of openness in the Greater Bay Area. As the future landing point for Guangzhou, Nansha will offer new opportunities for European businesses in China.
