On September 7, 2021, China officially launched the pilot program for green power trading to further accelerate renewable energy development. Over the past two years, the rules for green power trading have been continuously improved, with the scale of green power trading in the tech, manufacturing, and car industries reaching new highs, driving the continuous expansion of the green power market. Meanwhile, as the development of renewable energy shifts from policy-driven to market-driven, discussions are ongoing on how to provide stable green power supply and diversified green power trading models for a wider range of stakeholders.
