This seminar will address: How to Deal with Custom Authorities? China Customs legal framework, procedure and actual practice.
The objective of the seminar is to provide a practical overview of China s Customs legal framework, procedure and actual practice regarding the dispute settlement, with a focus on issues and areas where importers into China need to be especially cautious.
In addition, the seminar aims to provide participants with an explanation of how the Chinese Customs practice actually works and the appropriate approaches that the importers and exporters needs to take in dealing with different local Chinese Customs and Customs officials when dispute or potential dispute may happen.
