Mr. Lorenzo Riccardi
Lorenzo Riccardi is a tax advisor and Certified Public Accountant. Associate Professor at Xian Jiao Tong Liverpool University, has teached taxation at Peking University, Shanghai Jiao Tong, Tongji University and Hult Business School. He specialized in international taxation at IBFD Kuala Lumpur and has obtained a master's degree in economics from the University of Beijing UIBE. He is based in China, where he focuses on business and tax law, assisting foreign investments in China and East Asia. He is an auditor and an advisor for several corporate groups and he is partner of the consulting firm RsA (Riccardi Studio Associato), specializing in Asia and emerging countries.
Lorenzo Riccardi has published extensively on business and tax law and foreign investments in Asia, being a columnist of Corriere Asia, Fiscalita' Estera, Fisco e Tasse, Economy, IlSole24Ore, China Law and Practice. He published: Gli Investimenti in Asia Orientale (Maggioli 2014), China Tax Law and International Treaties (Springer, 2013), Tax Guide of China, Vietnam and India (Il Sole 24Ore, 2011), China Tax Code (LAP2012), Vietnam Double Taxation Agreements (LAP, 2013), Vietnam Guide to Foreign Investments (Maggioli Editore, 2012)
Mr. Kelvin Lee
Kelvin joined BNP Paribas in 2009 and is currently based in Shanghai. Kelvin has a team of relationship managers based in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou, responsible for all subsidiary activities across China.
Prior to joining BNP Paribas, Kelvin was Head of Corporate & Institutional Banking for ANZ China. He spent 10 years with Citigroup as Head of Network Relationship Banking East China and Regional Product Manager. He also worked for ABN AMRO in Hong Kong, Bank of Montreal and Price Waterhouse in Toronto.
Born in Hong Kong, Kelvin earned a Bachelor degree in Finance & Economics from the University of Western Ontaria and completed an Accounting Degree at York University, Canada.
