Dear General Managers of the Manufacturing Forum,
The GM Meeting (frequency of which is to be confirmed), held exclusively for General Managers of the Manufacturing Forum, is an opportunity for GMs to share and discuss best practices and lessons learned in cross-cutting issues among some of the region’s top business leaders. The meetings help executive/senior level managers determine solutions to problems concerning manufacturing companies in all industries.
The topic for this month's meeting:
1) 'Average Increase of Salary and Bonus' (45 mins)
2) the Organisation of Future GM Meetings in Dongguan- preferred venue and time, frequency and duration of meetings, possible topics for the next meeting, etc (15 mins)
