Mr. Sebastian Wiendieck
Sebastian Wiendieck is attorney-at-law (Germany) and head of the office of Rödl & Partner in Guangzhou, China. He has been working in Guangzhou in 2007 and 2008 and returned to Guangzhou after postings in Beijing, Shanghai and Frankfurt in December 2012. He advises medium-sized enterprises as well as multi-nationals on their business activities in China for almost five years. Mr. Wiendieck specializes in commercial and corporate law issues. He further advises clients in complex dispute resolution matters and cross-border transactions. Mr. Wiendieck graduated from the University in Rostock, School of Law in 1998. Prior to joining Rödl & Partner Mr. Wiendieck worked as lawyer in the dispute resolution departments of two major international law firms in Frankfurt and Hong Kong.
