Dear General Managers of the Manufacturing Forum,
The Monthly GM Meeting is an opportunity for senior level managers to share and discuss best practices and lessons learned in cross-cutting issues among some of the region’s top business leaders. The meetings cut directly to the main issues concerning manufacturing companies in all industries.
We would like to invite General Managers of the Manufacturing Forum to participate in the GM Meeting on October 17th in Guangzhou.
The topic for this GM Meeting is “When do foreigners become Chinese?” During the meeting, we will discuss the difference between Chinese and foreign subordinates, what are the pros and cons of employing foreigners or Chinese and further how foreigners – for a long period of time in China – might change.
