Retaining key staff is not an easy task in China. There are specificities linked to Finance staff that will be discussed in the April Finance Working group.
Participants will clarify the facts, the issues and the possible solutions to retain their Finance staff.
This is a working session for participants to compare experiences.
Please answer the brief questionnaire here-attached and prepare the following questions:
- Your opinion on supply / demand of financial staff in Nanjing?
- Your opinion on availability and quality of training directed towards financial staff in Nanjing?
- Please assess your performance in financial staff retention?
- Main issues, in general, you face with your financial staff?
- Please describe your specific issues in retaining financial staff? What factors, according to you, explains your issues?
- What solutions have you implemented? Thought of? Or even heard of in retaining financial staff?
- Other idea / thoughts about financial retention?
Please find here attached the survey and the questionnaire, which you could answer in coordination with your HR department. Martin CEZARD (TIANGONG ERASTEEL), Chairman of the Finance & Taxation WG will collect your answers and will conduct the discussions.
Deadline to send your answers: April 8th (Friday).

Non-Member companies are welcome to attend one Working Group before becoming a Member of the European Chamber.
After the WG, it will be possible to have a dinner (The dinner is paid separately by each person).
