He founded Shangzhi Group inChinato bring Western HR best practices toChinaand localize his best practices so that they can be of benefit inChina. He is a speaker in Business, Universities and Government conferences on Leadership and career management. In 2011 he became the project manager of the CABL (China Association of Business Leadership).
