Speakers:
Dr. Dennis F. Hong: Director and principal consultant for TÜV SÜD China Group. Master Degree in Manchester Business School, Ph.D in Engineering in Warwick University, UK, and he is a senior member of American Society of Quality and certified manager for organizational excellence.
In his early career overseas, Dr. Hong was actively involved in assisting UK industries in developing China investment opportunities and establishing joint ventures through technical cooperation. In 90’s he was head-hunted to Hong Kong to work for Swire Group, where he became a corporate senior quality manager to architecture the implementation of Coca-Cola Quality System amongst the group bottlers in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Since he joined in PE Management Consulting Group as a General Manager and Principal Consultant, he has been working extensively with many industries in the core areas of factory operations, performance management, total quality management system and staff development, which involve advanced quality and productivity tools, operational improvement methodology and human resource enhancement. His own career also took him to run an operating plant in China as a general manager when he practiced his management practices for operation excellence. In recent years, Dr. Hong also became a general manager and principal consultant for TÜV SÜD China Group to work for many world renowned companies in the field of management systems and organizational excellence. Dr. Hong’s efforts in recent years focus mainly on process-oriented management and enterprise optimization.
洪枫博士: 南德意志中国集团培训和咨询总监。获英国著名华威大学工程学博士、英国曼彻斯特大学工商管理学院硕士,美国质量协会资深会员及认可的组织卓越经理人。
早年在英国留学和工作期间,洪博士曾协助海外工业在中国的投资和发展,包括建立合资企业及技术合作。90年代初,洪博士被猎头公司从英国聘来香港,成为在香港著名太古集团(Swire Group)首位大陆华人背景的高级经理,为中国、香港和台湾瓶装厂引进可口可乐全面质量和运作管理体系,提供策划、咨询、培训和管理工作,并成为集团“成功的故事”。在转入香港著名管理咨询集团PE担任总经理和首席顾问后,洪博士一直在企业绩效、营运管理和员工发展等这些核心领域从事管理培训和咨询工作。洪博士亲自也担任过大陆运作企业的总经理,在企业一线实践其管理改善的理念和工具。近年来,洪博士为著名国际培训和咨询公司工作,服务过世界500强的许多企业,目前是南德意志中国集团培训和咨询总监和首席培训师。而流程导向的管理和企业优化是洪博士最近几年主导的重要企业管理课题。
