1. Election
Eligible for election for Vice Chair (alongside Peter Corne and Jacques Boppe) is Jan Uwe Kluessendorf, Head of Climate Protection at BASF. Please find his short bio attached
2. Solar Apllication
If member companies have questions regarding this application, have plans to apply or want to apply: please send in your comments as soon as possible. These comments will help me invite the government official from MOHURD to our meeting in order to give us more background. Please send in your questions and remarks to cjarosz@euccc.com.cn. 3. Wind Energy
Please find attached the draft Comments the European Chamber wants to submit. If you have any comments/concerns, please let us know by this evening. We have told MIIT that we would send first thing tomorrow morning.
On April 15, Representatives of the European Chamber met in Tianjin with the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. Please find attached the minutes.

5. Shanghai Environment and Energy Exchange (SEEE)
